Unlimited Calls & texts

Unlimited calls within New Zealand and Australia exclude premium numbers, directory services, and video calling. Unlimited texting excludes premium texting (TXT) numbers and Multimedia Messaging Service (MMS or PXT) messages, which are charged at $0.484 each (excluding GST). For further details kindly enquire

Mobile Roaming Charges

The daily roaming rate of $12 applies to the first 200MB of data usage in eligible destinations.

Each daily period is calculated from 12:00 AM NZ Time to 11:59 PM NZ Time.

New Zealand rates do not apply when roaming.

Roaming charges are additional to any other charges applicable to your mobile plan.

All roaming charges are listed in New Zealand currency and are exclusive of GST.

Incoming and outgoing calls while roaming are charged per minute (you pay the full minute rate for each minute or part minute).

Text messages are charged per text (with a 160-character limit per message).

Data roaming is charged in 10kb increments; MMS messages are charged at the standard data roaming rate for the respective zone.

To retrieve voicemail while overseas, you will be charged the standard per-minute rate for an outgoing call in the zone you are in.
